Personally, I like long haired Glenn better then Son-Goh-- I mean Glenn with Short hair as per the CT Ending made originally in the PSX version. The new ending suggests that it doesn't matter if you kill Magus or not, Frog is changed back to human somehow. One can assume Magus might have done it before setting out in search of Schala... who can say?
